First Choice Flooring have been working in our house in Blackheath, South East London, for the past couple of weeks. The quality of the finished boards is first class. He is meticulous in the sanding process using a variety of graded abrasives to achieve the results desired. We are also very pleased with the treatment he gave the boards to enhance and protect the grain. He used a water-based solution to arrive at a natural sheen, matt to silk rather than gloss. The work itself took place with the minimum of disruption and the machines he uses operate in a way that is dust-free. What is more, Bob carries it all offf with a cheery disposition demonstrating true commitment to customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and believe me at times he was sorely tested.
